News Updates Next week, Jacob completes the voice-over work for the sequel “Sam Steele and the Crystal Chalice” which is scheduled for release on DVD in November.
Jake has been cast in a small role as Jack in a local short film “Charlie 13” which films this Tuesday. It will run on a web series called Futurestates.TV on PBS.
Last but not least, Jacob begins his sophomore year of High School and celebrates his 16th Birthday this month!
News Update Jr. Detective Agency airs June 8 at 10:30 a.m. on Starz Kids & Family Network. It reruns June 30th at 1:40 p.m. Look for it on TMC in August.

News Filming begins October 11, 2010 for Sam Steele & The Crystal Chalice. Jacob returns as Sam Steele Jr.,
the young detective who formed The Junior Detective Agency to solve crimes in his Midwestern town. In this Sequel,
Sam and the gang are searching for the missing Russian treasure believed to be hidden in a local historic, glamorous hotel.
Joining the Cast are
Kevin Sorbo as the international thief and treasure hunter and Dee Wallace as MS. Jenkins, an antique store owner who puts Sam on the hunt for the Crystal Chalice.
News Sam Steele & The Jr. Detective Agency will be screened at the Schmidt Art Center Home Grown Film Festival on August 6th.

Sam Steele and the Junior Detective Agency has been invited to screen at USA Film Festival as part of the 26th Annual KidFilm Festival in Dallas, TX during the weekend of January 23, 2010. The KidFilm Festival is the oldest and largest children's film festival in the U.S.

Nomination Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader is nominated for Favorite Reality Show at the Kids' Choice Awards airing March 29th. You can still cast you vote online.
The Series has previously been nominated for a People's Choice Award.

News Jacob was selected as 1 of 4 Middle School Students to attend a Smoke Screen Summit. Their role was to create ways to have a voice in advertisement, in news media and at town meetings about smoking issues. Jacob created a commercial to sell on the radio and he interviewed another student on a fictitious story about smoking. The event was attended by actual reporters to assist the kids and FOX 4 News even aired a segment on their telecast.
